What is CBD?

CBD stands for Cannabidiol. A "phytocannabinoid" that was discovered in 1940. A cannabinoid is a compound found in the Cannabis plant. In total there are 113 confirmed Cannabinoids, but some studies have lead to the belief that there are more. CBD has been used to help with pain, anxiety, overall wellness, and even certain cognitive issues and movement disorders. 

Clinical studies have been conducted on anxiety, pain, cognition, and movement disorders but at this moment there is insufficient scientific data to confirm the effectiveness on these conditions.
