Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at HerbaRelief.ca. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
NOTE - WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN CANADA. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional day or two. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay the shipment of your order, we will be sure to contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We ship via Canada Post. All orders of $150 or more (before taxes) receive FREE SHIPPING.
- For all other orders shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders will be shipped Expedited or Xpress Post.
- Please note delivery delays can occasionally occur with Canada Post.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes
- HerbaRelief.ca does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
- HerbaRelief.ca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy

We DO NOT ship outside of Canada.
